Regret and Second Chance Ch.22
“SO AIBA IS REALLY ALIVE AND YOU KEPT IT AS A SECRET FROM US!!” Jun exclaimed, suddenly his temper risen up.
Sho looked up at Jun who was already on his feet, and without any signals Sho feel himself being pushed to the wall by Jun.
“You know all the time Shin is Aiba and you even hang out with him for this couple of months and you let us feel miserable of the loss of him! This is so NOT FAIR!!”
Nino and Ohno lunged forward to the two guys and Nino dragged Jun away from Sho before Jun could hurt him while Ohno sheilding Sho from Jun’s grasp.
Sho trembled. He is tremble with the mixture feeling of depress, guilty and rage.
“DO YOU THINK I WANT TO KEEP IT AS A SECRET?” suddenly Sho yelled, pushing Ohno aside.
Jun stopped struggling from Nino grasped, startled by Sho’s sudden rage. Nino quickly pushed Jun behind of him, when he saw Sho walked forward toward them. The last thing they need is a fist fight between Jun and Sho.
“Do you think it is easy for me to be close to him when I know he is Aiba but can’t call him by that name? Do you think it is easy for me to think what cause Aiba doesn’t even remember himself and his past? Do you think it is easy for me to accept him as Ryou Shin and watched him living a new life aside of Arashi?”
Jun blankly stared at Sho from behind Nino. Sho look dejected and tired and he also look hopelessly lonely all of the sudden when he asked them all the questions seconds earlier. He doesn’t think the reason why Sho is doing what he did. He doesn’t thought about it from Sho’s point of view on the matter or acknowledged Sho’s intention is for the good of everyone. When he heard Sho’s story and knowing Aiba is alive all this time and was being kept as a secret from him, Ohno and Nino somehow triggered his temper and want to attack Sho.
He knows Sho is the one who hurt most among the four of them. Sho is also the one who shows he still believe Aiba is still alive all this time and kept believing it. Jun know Sho deserved to have the second chance especially after his last encountered with Aiba which ended up Aiba leaving early and not wishing him their usual goodbyes.
The three of them also realised after their meeting last Christmas Eve, something happened to Sho as he is somehow looks happy. Even though Sho still hang less with the other three but when he was, he will start laughing and be himself. They know something happened to Sho, but none of them made a move to ask cause they think Sho will tell them when the time is right.
And now when the time is right, and Shop played his part in telling them the truth. Suddenly Jun feel guilty. He shouldn’t let his temper control him in the first place. He shook his head and then walked pass the still shielding Nino.
Jun bowed his head and apologised.
“Sorry…”
Sho looked at the bowing Jun startled. He didn’t expected Jun to bow at him like this and apologised. Sho went to Jun and holds him straight.
“No, I am sorry for not telling you guys about this sooner. It just that somehow I feel responsible for Aiba’s case and need to redeem the mistake I made” Sho said, looking directly to Jun eyes, then darting to Nino and Ohno’s as in telling them he need to do this alone and give him some time.
“Glad the two of you had calm down” Nino said relieved as he don’t want to listen another apologised statement from Jun or Sho when the two of them started to open their mouth and Nino continued
“If its true Aiba is Shin, right now we need to find out what happen to Aiba that night and who is the guy who we mistakenly thought the dead Aiba?”
(SHIDA said: Ah I just realised that there is a lot of thing I need to answer and thing is way getting more complicated…and sorry if I haven’t reply to any of your comment before as now I seem to have server problem at my work place and I can’t even open my LJ page.
