(Chapter Fourty-five)

I wonder how many miracles led up to us encountering each other like this?
Though it’s embarrassing and I can’t quite say it, I shout it inside my heart “Thank you always”

Put the scrums together…

“I don’t know which one scares me the most as seeing badly injured Sho being stretched away into the emergency room or facing the ghost of my past sudden comeback…”

“Aiba!!! I know you already remember who you are!!!!”

And what Nino said made Shin stopped abruptly in his track and he turned around by the time Nino arrived in front of him.

“How do you know about that?”

“Yappari…You really remember who you are, aren’t ya Aiba?”

“I don’t know what you talking about!”

“Look Aiba, we’ve been together and really we always been together minus the time we thought you were gone, I think I know you well enough!” Nino said, determinedly as he stares at Aiba, eye to eye before continue “If you want proof, I can give you proof!”

“First, when you called earlier to tell me about Sho’s news, you call me Nino instead of Ninomiya and if you still have amnesia it would be awkward for someone who barely know me to call my name just by using my nickname…” Nino said, reasonably as he maintains the eye contact with the guy in front of him.

“Second proof, I wonder how did you get my number when you called earlier too?” he asked and seeing Aiba was startled by the question, he decided to continue before Aiba could come out with any petty lies “ It cant be from Sho’s phone cause when the nurse return the phone to me, it was broken beyond repair! So it made me thinks that you must have your memory back and that include my phone number too since we also usually contact each other using phone and I don’t even change my number!”

“And the final proof to make the fact that you already remember who you are was the way you mentioned Sho’s name as in instead you said Sho-kun, you said it as Sho-chan and I don’t think you even realised it even when you told me the news earlier. Besides me who used the same nickname, only Aiba alone who always called Sho that!! And do you think I already gave you some strong proof! Please don’t deny anything more Aiba Masaki!” Nino said, desperately when he notices Aiba was about to say something.

Shin looked at him astounded and clueless of what to say after hearing what Nino said earlier. Nino did give him some strong proof.

“But the only thing that I did not understand is why you still don’t want to admit you are Aiba?” Nino asked when he saw no response from the man in front of him.

“Because…..because I still don’t know how I ended up being Ryou Shin…. I need to know and even need to solve the mystery about the problem before…before I can claim my place as Aiba Masaki………..” Nino heard the uncertain and timid explanation by the guy name Aiba who confused himself as Ryou Shin.

“I’m sorry about lying earlier but about the fact of my memory return happened only when I was in the ambulance with Sho-chan…..and…. while thinking and afraid of the thought losing of him forever, somehow the past came back to me…..”

“But you could at least tell us about it Aiba-chan…”

Suddenly Nino and Aiba heard Ohno’s voice from behind.

Apparently Ohno and Jun had been standing quietly and unnoticeable long enough to hear all the conversation.

“Gomen Riida! Gomen Matsujun! Gomen Nino!” Aiba apologised as he bowed down toward the three persons standing in front of him.

Ohno and Jun went close to Aiba, as Jun smacked Aiba’s head, followed by Ohno.

“Baka! Even you remember you still a baka!! We’re your friend’s right! You should have believed us! And don’t you know that the four of us been missing you so much! And you even dared to pretend being someone else again!!!” Jun yelled, apparently to excite that he had forgot about him being at the hospital.

“You don’t have to rush yourself, Aiba-chan….Take your time and you will have us to cover your back ne!” Ohno added as he went to hug Aiba, who was already crying.

“So now, what do you want to do Aiba-chan?” Jun asked when everyone was already calm down.

“I want to do some research in Ryou Shin’s house”

“How do you plan to do that?” Ohno asked.

“I have no idea yet but somehow I think Ryou Shin might be the one who cause this mess in the first place”

“Okay, then lets go and investigate Aiba!” Nino invited as he grabbed Aiba’s shoulder. Apparently Nino was obviously not wanting Aiba out of his sight ever again, not at the moment he doesn’t want that as he continued “Jun and Riida, you guys stay here first so that you can keep us posted about Sho’s news as I think his surgery might be over soon while the two of us will go to the house to do some innocent checking..” Nino said mischievously.

Jun and Ohno nodded as they replied “Hai, Wakkatta!!” before the pairings went to separate directions to fix things up….

(SHIDA said: before I start I want to say TADAIMA!!!!! Minna did you miss me?? Hehe….I hope this fic return to your map of reading again and I hope I still can get you to be more suspense in each chapter…XD oh yea about one thing…. Hmm before this I did say something about this fic is goin to end at chapter 50 right? Apparently I don’t think I can keep that promise since somehow when I start writing again, it seem the story have reached chapter 50 and it’s not even ending yet! So is this good news or bad one? XD well I got nothing else to say anymore and thanks in advance for reading and for you ongoing support till now…XD)
