(Chapter Fourty-six)

“Nino, why are we in hiding in my house?” Aiba asked when he and Nino currently hiding behind a bush, acting like two innocent house breakers.

“Aiba, this is not your house! This is Ryou Shin house!” Nino corrected Aiba, as he looked around to check that they were not attracting anyone and be suspicious.

Aiba, who still haven’t used being called Aiba again stiffened a little when Nino called him by the name . He was also not used of being a stranger to Ryou household where he had been living for almost a year now.

While waiting for Nino to plan his master plan, Aiba thought about what had happened earlier, at the hospital when Nino yelled to him about him knowing Aiba being Aiba again. The way the past made his way to Aiba was still a mystery even for the owner himself. Aiba was still a bit clueless when the rest asked him about how and what did he remembered apart of his name, birth date , how he joined Johnny’s and Arashi and the most important part, did he remembered what really happened the night he was supposed to be his death day.

While in the car earlier, Nino did mention some of his theories about what might really happened. Nino assumed that all of this problems start the night Aiba had been attacked or worst maybe even before the attack as in Nino presumed that Aiba might have a stalker or an obsessive fan that that were willing to go to the extend of hurting the Idol himself.

Nino theory’s sent shivers down to Aiba’s spine along with worries. He never thought he is that popular enough to have an obsessive fan that were willing to do something as hurting him but thinking back about what had happened for the last eight months, everything was possible.

Nino even suggested that the weirdest thing that happened was how Aiba ended up being at Ryou’s household in the first place and how they automatically presumed that Aiba is their son without having no doubt in term of recognizing the difference of attitudes between the two men.

Nino also automatically said that they should also investigate about Shin’s background too (as Nino predicted that Shin might happened to look exactly the same as Aiba and made Aiba become more afraid of finding out the truth more).

If what Nino had predicted and presumed were right, that only mean one thing and that is the explanation. There will be a lot of explanations and fixing the fact need to be done such as the explanation to Ryou’s family about their son (along with the news of their son’s death) which happened 8 months ago. They also need to tell about Shin’s obsession about wanting to be Aiba by attacking Aiba, making him having amnesia, probably switching his personality and acted as Aiba but somehow at the same time he involved in the accident.

Nino also mentioned about Shin might hate his life so bad that he wanted Aiba’s life so badly. Nino might explained a lot more about it if Aiba didn’t stop him as by the time Aiba absorbed all the info, his head had hurt so much as he already started to regret of having his memory back.

Nino sensing his best friend rising tension and doubt and was ignoring him for about five minutes of his talking about the next plan crawl closer to Aiba and went to hug him without hesitation as Aiba stiffened in the warmth of the hug.

“Aiba, I know this is too much for you at the moment but don’t you think 8 months were already a long period of time of suffering is enough for you? You deserve to be happy and to tell you the truth, if Ryou Shin is alive, I might go to the extend of killing him by myself for taking your life away from you and your family and also from us! I know it was wrong to think about revenge and I don’t want you to feel miserable than you already were, therefore I’m willing to let go the ‘killing’ part” Nino joked, trying to lighten up the mood when he feels his shirt covered by soft moisturizer as Aiba was crying silently by the time Nino hold him earlier.

Aiba did laugh at the joke as he smacked lightly Nino head and he whispered “Baka!” while wiping his tears from his face.

“Just want you to know Aiba, whatever happens after this you will always have those who cares a lot for you and will be there for you 24/7! You have me, Jun, Ohno and Sho to help you and all we hope from you is to be strong and be brave and face it like a man ne…”

Aiba looked at Nino and nodded.

“So enough talking and lets take some action now!”

Seeing Aiba blurry face, Nino stand up and dragged Aiba along with him as they made their way to the house garden.
