As the stressful days went on, I shook hands with all of you
I had no strength, I had no self-worth, all I carried with me was anxiety
But still I kept my eyes on the invisible path and just kept running

I’m feeling so dead tired and in pain. I can feel pain everywhere in my body especially mu heart. I wonder what had happened to me. I try to open my eyes but I don’t have any strength to do it. With my eyes close, and not aware of my surrounding I can still hear everything close to me including the current conversation that is heatedly converse which I spur of the moment thought it is about me and I couldn’t help to feel more pain to my heart…

“Yamada-sensei, what is wrong with Sho-kun?” Nino asked.

He and Aiba had rushed back to the hospital after they got a call from Ohno saying that Sho’s condition is getting worse and they both needed to be at the hospital to make a decision together with Jun and Ohno about what is the next step to do with Sho in helping him getting better.

“During the surgery, we discovered that Sho-kun heart had been having major internal bleeding and he need to have a heart transplant and also since he loss a lot of blood he also need a blood donation too.” The doctor explained as he look at Ohno, then to Jun and then to Nino and Aiba.

The four of Arashi members gasped in surprised.

“Well three of us are A blood same as Sho-kun” Jun said as he pointed to Ohno, Nino and himself and continue “except Aiba who have AB blood but I think that is not a problem too right?”

Aiba? Did Jun just said Aiba’s name??

“Yes Matsumoto, you are right. All of you are compatible to make the blood donation but we have to make a medical check up for the heart transplant because not everyone have the same heart and compatible with Sho-kun” Yamada-sensei said.

“So you can test us first, Sensei” Nino volunteered and the other three nodded.

“Well actually there is one person who is suitable for Sho-kun” Yamada-sensei said, tentatively at one person who is currently standing behind Nino.

“Me? You mean me isn’t it Sensei?”

Suddenly I heard a familiar longing voice.

Did Aiba already remember who he is?

Will Arashi be a five member group again?

I thought excitedly but wait…What’s with this surgery? What happened to me? I don’t want to cost Aiba more pain again! He already suffered enough!!!!

Again I try to open my eyes but without success.

“Well yes, because from the last case that been involving you and the other vic, we somehow have the data about your heart condition and compatibility.” Yamada-sensei explained.

“Sensei, you can’t do that!” Nino said exasperatedly.

“We just got Aiba back!” Jun chimed in.

“Jun! Nino! Aren’t you two being selfish here?” Suddenly Ohno said, in a serious tone.

“Riida…” Jun and Nino called, looking desperately from Ohno, to Yamada-sensei back to Aiba and then darted to Sho who was lying on the bed looking so painful.

“We’re talking about Sho here! Isn’t he is our friend too?” Ohno said and continued “I know it is not fair for Aiba-chan but shouldn’t it be Aiba to decide and not us!”

“Aiba-chan?” Ohno said as he turned to look at Aiba who was looking at Sho at the moment before he turned his gaze toward Jun, Nino and Ohno.

“I want to do it!” Aiba said, determinedly.

“So it is done. We will arrange all the procedures and will start the surgery ASAP” Yamada-sensei said and walked out from the room.

“Aiba, are you sure you are up for this?” Ohno asked, suddenly feeling worry.

Aiba nodded.

Nino and Jun suddenly dashed toward him and hugged him tight which startled Aiba and also Ohno, who happened to stand close to Aiba and been hugged together by the younger members of Arashi.

“Aiba, we’re worry about you and Sho too so make sure the two of you can make it in the end!!!” Jun said, started to cry.

Aiba feeling touched, tried very hard not to sound so shaken up when he replied “ I will you guys, I PROMISE!”

After spending some time among the four of them hugging, suddenly Aiba breaks the comfortable silence “Guys, can you leave me alone with Sho-kun for a while?”

The other three look at each other before they nodded in understandable and walked out from the room, leaving Aiba alone with Sho.

Aiba walked closer to Sho’s bed and grabbed a chair to sit nearer to lay on the bed Sho, grabbing his best friend hand in his.

“Sho-chan….”

“OMG Aiba, is that really you? You already remembered!! I’m so happy for you!!”

It is so frustrating only to be able to listen to Aiba’s voice without looking at his face.

“Sho-chan, do you still remember how we become best friend?”
