CHAPTER 1

It was my first day in Black River Town. My family have to move from Fukuoka because of my dad had got a promotion he had been waiting for half of his life. He is a doctor and now he is a senior chief in Black River Hospital. My mom’s a doctor too. So she also was transferred to the same hospital. Before we came here, Dad bought one of the houses on the hill. It was big, with Victorian style and the house also looks old from my point of view. Dad said it is an old house, one of the oldest in Black River to be exact. I didn’t have any problem with the house even when the house does give me the creeps when the first time I stepped in. The best from this move and this house is that I get to have my room at the second floor, which has a window facing another window from the next door house. Maybe if I am lucky, there is a cute girl living next door but the worst yet to come is that my sister, Nanako had a room across my room which I will hear her bad music for the rest of my life. Well that if I manage to stay alive that long.

I also already made a tour around the house. There are about five bedrooms in the house and three bathrooms. I share the same bathroom with Nanako since it was only one on the second floor. The house also had an attic and a basement. I’ve already ventured the basement but the attic; I’d failed to open the door since it was stuck. The attic does give me the creeps. I told dad to fix the door of the attic which dad promise to do it when he got time to do it.

Today is Monday, my first day in Black River High School. I went to school with Nanako, since I didn’t have driving license yet. Well I’m just fifteen years old. Nanako was a year older than me. Since she got his license, she became my driver. I walked to the principal office with Nanako, to get our timetable and the class we will be seated in for the year. When we got what we wanted, we split out looking for our class. Black River High is sure a big school. Then I found my class. I stand at the door and peek in from the glass door. The class was noisy since the teacher didn’t come in yet. The students were talking heatedly and some of the boys even play ball in the room. I was looking in the class with interest until I didn’t realized someone was behind me when I heard

“Excuse us, can you move aside so the rest of us can go in,” a high pitched voice said, politely.

I glanced back and facing toward five of teenagers same age as me, four boys and a girl.

“Oh, sorry,” I apologized and move aside.

“Thanks,” The girl said as she made her way to the class. She was beautiful, with brown layer hair and a pair of hazel eyes. She was wearing spectacles and she looks like she is a mixture of half Japanese and English. The boys followed her too.

I was still standing outside the class when the bell rings up on my head. I cover my ears as the sound deafening.

Then I saw a middle aged woman dressing corporately heading toward me. She was smiling.

“You are the new student?” She asked when she drew nearer.

I nodded.

“Then followed me,” She instructed as she walked into the class. I followed closely behind her, nervous.

I hated being the new kid. It was because I had to start all over again with the new environment, new teachers and new friends.

When the teacher walked in, the class greets her as Mrs. Takashi. She greets the student back and then starts to introduce me.

“This is Aiba Masaki from Fukuoka. He will be joining us starting from today. So treat him well,” Mrs. Takashi said, and then she pointed to me to my place, an empty seat next to a boy at the back of the class. Then I realized it was the boy who talked to me just now, at the front door.

I walked to my place and sits. I looked at my neighbor and smile. To my relief, he smiles back. Then he introduced himself.

“I’m Ninomiya Kazunari but you can call me Nino!,”

I nodded and said “You can call me Aiba and it is nice to meet you!”

(SHIDA said: Well this is the second of my fanfic and this story is more like my favorite genre. And this is totally fictional as I mapped my own geography and the name of the school and town and AGAIN I repeated, its totally fictional…This fic will not be updated as regularly as my other fanfic Regret and Second Chance… and I hope I can get the same support from you guys as my other fanfic got…and thanks in advance for reading…and comments are love XD)

(Chapter Twenty-seven)

I know about the silent rules we have been having but I don’t why at this moment I feel like breaking it…

I know Sho probably doesn’t want company, especially not when he is in this kind of mood but I don’t why I still walked silently to the dressing room he is currently in…

 I know once I enter the room, I will let down by the person who I cared most as my best friend…

And I know this will be probably the last time I might seeing him again…

I opened the door and walked slowly toward him, nervous…

“Sho-chan” I called slowly.  I knew Sho knew I was the one who enter as he didn’t bother to look up. There is always this special bond between us as we always know each other presence without a simple hello. Maybe because beside Nino, I hang out a lot with Sho too and somehow we ended up knowing each other habits and auras.

I can see that Sho doesn’t want to have a company as he completely ignored me but I having a doubt of leaving or still want to try one more time. Somehow today I just feel like I need to talk to him.

“Sho-chan, are you alright?” I tried again, this time I closed the gap between me and him as I stand close behind.

“You know, you can always talk to me ne when you have problem and seeing your condition now made me worried” I said, trying to make him open up.

Suddenly I sense something in Sho’s mood. He is angry and he is going to outburst.

I walked back a little when he stands up abruptly and turned around to face me. He gave me a dark look as he starts to yell, which caught me by surprised.

“WHAT DO WANT AIBA??? DON’T YOU KNOW THAT I NEED SOME PRIVACY NOW!! AND I DON’T WANT YOUR SYMPATHY OR YOUR BAKA HAPPINESS!! I HATE IT!! IM HAVING A BAD DAY TODAY AND NOW YOU ARE PART OF IT!! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!”

I looked at Sho’s dumbstruck. I didn’t expect Sho to yell at me just like that as all I want to do is to help my best friend. I look at Sho’s angry face, even though I feel sad deep inside, I don’t want to show it to him and made him feel guilty, therefore I show my usual sheepish grin and bowed my head.

“Gomen Sakurai-kun. I didn’t mean to make you mad. Guess I leave you now ne” I apologised and turned around, to walk out from the room.

The moment I turned around, I was surprised to see Jun, Nino and Ohno are at the door watching. Apparently Sho’s yell had been heard by the other three.

I smiled at them when I saw the three of them are giving Sho disproved stares.

“Ma…ma… guys don’t be mad at him, I’m the one to be blame” I said as I dragged the three of them out of the room.

After making sure, my three friends are safe and are out within Sho’s reach, I wondered around the studio.

I feel sad and taken aback about what happened earlier. Even though I was to be blame in the first place, I wonder why Sho had to yell at me like that.

I arrived at the front door and looked back before I walked out.

“Guess I will never had the chance to say goodbye to him”

(SHIDA said: I put my heart writing this chapter as somehow I can feel the sadness of Aiba being yelled by his best friend and while I wrote this I almost forgot it is time for me to go to work..~sigh~…thanks for all the support minna..XD)
