(Chapter Thirty-nine)

FRIEND…

Is a nice word with deep meaning…

Everyone gets the chance to use and be the word…

But-

Not everyone can achieve the best of the word without a test…

FRIENDS…

Is someone who messed things up with you and enjoys the trouble together…

FRIENDS…

Are the best ears that can hear you without short frequency…

Are the best eyes that can X-ray for what you are…

And have the best heart to accept for what you are without beating of doubts…

FRIENDS…

Is someone who can be a human, guardian, shadow…

They also can become either Angel or Devil…

Not everyone can be friends with anyone except somebody who wants to be friends with everybody and for those who understand the meaning of FRIENDS…

I whirled around abruptly and almost bumped head to head with the guy who talked to me. He was standing damn too close to me as I took a few steps back.

Ninomiya laughed when he saw my abrupt reaction.

“Ya know, last time you enjoy being ambushed like that!” he said between laughter.

“I don’t know what you mean” I lied even though deep inside my heart I felt a sudden happiness leapt up.

“So are you still the guy named Ryou Shin or the other guy I’m hoping to be?” Ninomiya asked in a sudden.

“The guy you are hoping was dead! Can you accept the fact already!!” I snapped.

Ninomiya didn’t said anything while I changed few angry glares with him, before he suddenly leapt on me and cause both of us to fall down on the ground. By the time I grasped the situation I realised that Ninomiya was sitting on top of me and was punching me hard on the face non-stop.

I didn’t stop him from punching even though sharp pain already sting on my face. I didn’t have the heart to stop it because I saw Ninomiya was crying badly and shouting at me loudly at the same time.

“DAMN IT AIBA! REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE NOW!!”

“DON’T YOU KNOW YOU ALREADY MADE US SUFFERED ENOUGH!!”

“DON’T YOU KNOW YOU MADE ME FEEL BAD ENOUGH AS I HATE TO HAVE THIS REPEATED EMPTINESS FEELING INSIDE OF ME THAT ONLY CAN BE FILLED BY YOU!!”

“COME BACK TO ME AS MY BEST FRIEND NOW!!”

“And…and please do return to us so that we can be Arashi again….”

That’s was his last sentence he uttered, slowly before he stopped punching me as he still sat motionless on top of me and continue crying.

I can feel hot liquid running from my nose but I choose to ignore it as I focused on the crying Ninomiya. He looked so fragile and so lost and immediately I felt a pang of guilt inside of me rouse for hurting him badly.

I still don’t know who I really am and I still having problem with my amnesia. Therefore there is nothing I could do to make everyone happy.

I couldn’t prove anything that I am the person named Aiba Masaki and there is still one mystery that I need to look for the answer if I happened to identify as him.

But right now, seeing this fragile Ninomiya made me in tears too as I grabbed him and pulled him close into a tight hug. It was at least I could do for him, to give him some comforts.

After ten minutes, Ninomiya stopped crying and pushed me away as he rolls of me and standing up. He extended his hand to me and help me up too before he gave me another long stares.

“You look ugly with those bruise and blood running from your nose” he commented.

I laughed “You know I was perfectly good looking before you attacked me!”

I can see a smile started to form on his lip as he draws out a handkerchief from his pocket and handed it to me.

“You owe me a handkerchief and I want a new one!”

“You are unbelievable!” I said as I took it and used it to stop my bleeding.

Ninomiya stares at me again before he started to walk away.

“Hey aren’t you going to apologise for attacking me?”

He stopped in his track and without turning, he said

“Don’t worry about the mystery that had been bothering you! I will definitely help you with it… and about the thing that happened earlier, please don’t mention it to Sho-kun as I had a promise with him and he is scary when he is mad if he finds out about it…”

And he started to walk back heading to the restaurant leaving me confused, dazed and in pain…

(SHIDA said: Starting next week I will be busy up till end of the month and I don’t think I can update is as regularly as I can, as in I will be busy with my graduation and later will be busy with moving out again and then will start a new job and start living in another new environment…and I wont be having internet again if I move out up till I have my own broadband( which I don’t know when I can own them ~tears~) I hope you guys can support me and the rest of my fic till the end…again thanks in advance for reading and comments are love..XD)
