my POV of the concert ~
Apr. 9th, 2009 03:35 pmfinally i got the time to watch arashi around asia in tokyo 2008 dvd!
i have to say it was an AWESOME concert from the start till the end, the tension from both arashi and the fans were awesome and syncronised...
here some of my review of what i thought about the concert...
to be frank, even though we know aiba is the one with the high tension and hyperactive in arashi but in the concert, he acted less than that. i can see he enjoyed doing the concert but his interaction with other members was less and he spend most of time on stage alone compare to other members.
as for the other four members, can be said they acted totally opposite from aiba, which means all four of them were seriously hyperactive on the stage and did lots of dorky things.
i notices lots of sakumiya and juntoshi interaction. there were a couple of times sho were talking to nino and later been caught doing some dorky things together. sho interacts with the camera alot too and one thing i found interesting about his solo was the appearance of the other four members on the screen was totally cool and cute! XD
nino, well his niji was awesome and his piano skill was cool too. i think among the members he is the one who knew alot of playing instruments. he interacts alot with ohno and sho and he totally enjoyed interacting with the fans for the whole concert durations. and i also think nino was the shy one most in the concert. everyone was enjoying doing the sliding but somehow till the end he didnt do it and just laugh at other members enjoyment. i also love how he continously said thank you to the fans even without the mic! XD
as for jun, well we all know he is a camera whore and he also know himself looks good in front of the camera. he was the one in charge of introducing the members and the background music peoples and dancers. his solo was cool and he totally enjoyed most of the time getting along with the music. and i have to admit he is a considerate person and surely someone who is taking charge of the whole concert going on as in when ohno mic was broken, he straight away gave his mic to ohchan and cueing the staff for a new mic. and dorky jun was also emerged during the concert! XD
ohno, we all know how blur and ignorance of the surrounding he can be during their tv shows but i seriously love how he transformed into another ohno, more brighter and alive one! he sure show he totally enjoyed doing the concert and interacts with the fans were lively! he also played alot with other members on the stage and some times initiated one too. and of course his dancing was awesome on stage! and the best part of the concert was his punishment of the jumping water and how he said he was so damn cold during the whole few last performances. he also was one of the members who enjoyed doing the sliding most! XD
aiba, it was a suprised to me to see how aiba can be a serious person when he supposed to be a dorky and hypertension. he was the member who enjoyed laughing at other members dorkiness but he did less of doing it himself. he spend most of the time interacting with the fans and gets along with them very well. and if i not mistaken *and also not being biased here* he get the screams from the fans most when he did his solo part of each performance. his solo hellogoodbye was cute. talking about his interaction with the members i find amusing was the part he played with ohno head during one love performance =)
overall, the concert was surely a major success!
they perfomed well, the fans loved it, they enjoyed doing it and the best part of the concert were the waterfall and also the hanabi!
and for the best part of my fave pairing would be this
i have to say i have no regrets of spending much on this DVD! XD
